Plan your day in time blocks with a prioritized task list and notes, and copy a finished day to another date in one click.

Daily Planner: Schedule, Tasks, and Notes in One Place

This daily planner is an online day planner that turns a blank day into a clear, time-blocked schedule. Lay out your hours in an hourly grid, add a prioritized task list beside it, and keep a notes area for everything else — all on one screen.

It works for work deadlines, study sessions, and personal routines alike. Plan today, jump ahead to any future date, and copy a finished day to another date when you want to repeat a routine.

Private by design: your schedule, tasks, and notes are saved only in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so the planner keeps working offline once the page has loaded.

How to Plan Your Day

1

Choose your day

Use the arrow buttons to move one day at a time, or click the date to open the calendar and jump to any date. The Today button returns you to the current day.

2

Set your schedule hours

Click the gear icon to set your start and end hour and pick a time interval — 15, 20, 30, or 45 minutes, or 1, 2, 3, or 6 hours. The grid rebuilds to match and your setting is remembered.

3

Fill in your time blocks

Click any time slot and type the activity for that block. Slots are grouped into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening, and on today's date the current slot is highlighted while past slots are dimmed.

4

Add tasks and notes

Type a task, give it a High, Medium, or Low priority, and press Enter to add it. Tick the circle to complete it, double-click to edit, and use the notes box for anything else.

5

Copy to another day

Click Copy to... and pick a date to duplicate the whole day — schedule, tasks, and notes. Copied tasks keep their priority but start unchecked, and the planner opens the new day for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the daily planner free to use?

Yes. The planner runs entirely in your browser with nothing to download, install, or sign up for — open the page and start planning your day.

How do I plan my day in time blocks?

Time blocking means assigning each part of your day to a specific slot. Open the gear icon to set your hours and interval, then click any slot in the schedule and type what you'll do during that block.

How do I change the time intervals?

Click the gear icon in the Schedule header and pick an interval: 15, 20, 30, or 45 minutes, or 1, 2, 3, or 6 hours. You can also set the start and end hour. The grid updates instantly and your choice is saved.

Can I plan multiple days in advance?

Yes. Use the arrow buttons or the calendar picker to move to any future date and build its plan. Each day is stored separately, so you can prepare as far ahead as you like.

Can I copy a day's plan to another day?

Yes. Click Copy to... and choose a date to duplicate the current schedule, tasks, and notes. Tasks keep their priority but are reset to uncompleted, and the planner navigates to the copied day so you can review it.

How are tasks sorted?

Incomplete tasks appear first, ordered by priority — High, then Medium, then Low, then tasks with no priority. Completed tasks move to the bottom of the list.

Does it save my schedule on this device?

Yes. Every change is saved automatically to your browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and the planner works offline once loaded. Clearing your browser data will remove the saved plans.
