Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally in your browser using browser storage technology. Nothing is uploaded to any server, ensuring complete privacy. If you clear your browser data or cache, your plans will be removed, so be mindful when performing browser maintenance.
Can I plan multiple days in advance?
Yes. Use the calendar picker or arrow buttons to navigate to any future date and create your plan. You can also use Copy to... to duplicate an existing day's plan to another date, making it easy to set up recurring weekly schedules or prepare for similar days ahead.
How do I change the time intervals?
Click the gear icon in the Schedule section header. Choose your preferred interval from the dropdown: 15, 20, 30, or 45 minutes, or 1, 2, 3, or 6 hours. Your setting is saved automatically and applied immediately to the schedule view.
What happens when I copy data to another day?
Your schedule entries, tasks, and notes are duplicated to the selected date. Tasks are copied with their priority levels intact but with completion status reset to uncompleted, giving you a fresh start. The planner automatically navigates to the copied day so you can review and adjust the duplicated content.
Can I edit a task after adding it?
Yes. Double-click on the task text to enter edit mode. Type your changes and press Enter to save, or Escape to cancel without making changes. This inline editing makes it quick and easy to refine your tasks.
How are tasks sorted?
Incomplete tasks appear first, sorted by priority: High, then Medium, then Low, then tasks with no priority assigned. Completed tasks are automatically moved to the bottom of the list, keeping your focus on what still needs to be done.
Does the planner work offline?
Yes. Since all data is stored locally in your browser, the planner works without an internet connection once the page has loaded initially. This makes it reliable for use anywhere, anytime.
