1. Program Overview

The ToolV Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our tools and services. As an affiliate, you will receive a unique referral link that tracks visitors you send to our platform.

Register for the affiliate program and get your unique referral code
Share your referral links on your website, social media, or other platforms
Earn commission for each valid click from unique visitors
Track your earnings in real-time through your affiliate dashboard

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in our affiliate program, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have a valid ToolV account in good standing
Provide accurate personal information including name, email, address, and country
Agree to these Terms & Conditions
Have a legitimate website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform

Important: We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

3. Commission Structure

Our affiliate program operates on a pay-per-click (PPC) model. You earn commission for each valid, unique click on your referral links.

4. Payment Terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings:

Incentivizing users to click (paid-to-click, click exchanges, etc.)
Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to mask traffic origin
Using popups, popunders, or forced redirects
Spamming links in comments, forums, or social media
Misleading users about the destination or nature of links
Promoting links on adult, illegal, or harmful content websites
Bidding on ToolV branded keywords in paid advertising
Impersonating ToolV or claiming official affiliation

Here are legitimate and effective ways to promote your affiliate links and maximize your earnings:

Write tutorials, how-to guides, or reviews that naturally integrate ToolV links

Video Tutorials

Create YouTube videos showcasing how to use our tools with your referral link in description

Social Media Sharing

Share helpful tool recommendations on Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn with genuine value

Help users in forums or groups by recommending relevant tools when appropriate

7. Fraud Detection & Click Validation

We employ advanced fraud detection systems to ensure the integrity of our affiliate program. All clicks are analyzed and validated before commissions are credited.

Click Validation Status:

Pending - Click is being validated (usually within 24-48 hours)
Valid (Pass) - Click is verified and commission is credited
Invalid (Fail) - Click did not pass validation; no commission is credited

Common Reasons for Invalid Clicks:

Duplicate click from the same user/IP within a short time period
Click originated from a bot or non-human traffic
Click detected from VPN, proxy, or datacenter IP
User immediately bounced without any engagement
Suspicious traffic patterns detected
Click originated from the affiliate's own device or network

You can view the validation status and reasons for each click in your affiliate dashboard. If you believe a click was incorrectly marked as invalid, you may contact support for review.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts under the following circumstances:

Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement
Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
Account inactivity for more than 12 months
At the affiliate's request
At our sole discretion for any reason

Consequences of Termination:

Immediate loss of access to affiliate dashboard
All referral links will be deactivated
For accounts terminated due to fraud, all unpaid earnings are forfeited
For legitimate terminations, remaining balance above minimum will be paid out

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact our support team to appeal the decision.

9. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes:

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
For significant changes, we will notify affiliates via email
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
