This countries visited map lets you mark every country you have been to on an interactive world map and instantly see how much of the planet you have explored. Click a country and it lights up, a numbered marker drops at its center, and your live stats update right away.

How to Track the Countries You Have Visited
Mark a country
Click any country directly on the map, or open a continent in the list and click a country name. Either way it is highlighted as Visited and a numbered marker appears. Click again to unmark it.
Find countries fast
Type into the search bar to filter the list by country name or two-letter country code. The list is grouped by continent, so you can also browse region by region.
Watch your stats
The dashboard at the top updates live: countries visited out of the total, the percentage of the world explored, and how many of the 6 continents you have reached. Each continent in the list shows its own mini progress bar.
Save and share
Use the expand button for a fullscreen view (press Esc to exit), then click download to export your map as a high-resolution PNG image, ready to share or keep.

The tracker covers around 200 countries and territories grouped into 6 continents: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania. The total you see in the dashboard is the exact number used to calculate your percentage.

Yes. The dashboard shows how many of the 6 continents you have reached, and each continent in the list has its own mini progress bar with a visited-versus-total count, so you can see exactly where you have room to explore.
Can I save or share my map?
Yes. Click the download button to export your map as a high-resolution PNG complete with country boundaries, numbered markers, and a watermark. Share it on social media or messaging apps, or save it as a personal travel record.
What do the numbered markers mean?
The numbers show the order in which you marked each country as visited. The marker sits at the geometric center of the country's largest land mass, and if you remove a country the remaining markers renumber to stay in a continuous sequence.
Is my data saved if I leave the page?
Yes. Your visited countries are stored in your browser, so they are restored automatically next time you open the tool. No account is needed. Because the data is local, clearing your browser's site data will reset your progress, so download your map first if you want to keep it.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The map and country list are fully responsive. On a phone you can tap countries on the map or use the scrollable list, and the fullscreen mode is especially handy on smaller screens.
