How to Make a Business Card
Choose a template
Browse the template bar at the top and click any of the 20 thumbnails — Modern, Classic, Neon, Royal, Zen, and more. Each one has a matching front and back design that updates instantly in the preview.
Enter your details
Fill in Personal Info (full name, job title, company) and Contact Info (phone, email, website, address). The card updates as you type, and any field you leave empty simply will not appear.
Add a logo and watermark
Upload your company logo and toggle it between Original and White for dark backgrounds. Optionally add a watermark image, then tune its opacity, size, and position and choose whether it appears on the Front, Back, or Both.
Customize colors and style
Set the Primary, Text, and Background colors, then drag the Rounded slider from 0px (sharp) to 24px (rounded) to match your corners.
Preview and export
Both sides sit side by side. Use the Front/Back toggle or click a card to pick the active side, then download it as a PNG, or export both sides together as a PDF.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a business card for free?
Open the maker, pick a template, type your name and contact details, and customize the colors. There is no sign-up and nothing to install — when you are happy with the design, download it as a PNG or PDF.
What is the standard business card size?
Cards are designed at the standard size of 3.5 × 2 inches (88.9 × 50.8 mm), the most common business card format worldwide, so your export matches what print shops expect.
Can I design both the front and back?
Yes. Each of the 20 templates includes a coordinated front and back design. Both sides are visible in the preview, and the PDF export places each side on its own page for double-sided printing.
Can I download the card as a PDF or print-ready file?
Yes. The PNG export saves the currently selected side as a high-resolution image at 3x scale. The PDF export saves both sides in a single file at standard business card dimensions, each centered on its own page — ready for a print shop.
What image formats can I use for the logo and watermark?
You can upload common image formats such as PNG, JPG, WebP, and SVG. For logos, a PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result, and you can switch it to white for dark templates.
How does the white logo toggle work?
The White option applies a brightness-and-invert filter so your logo appears solid white. It is handy for templates with dark or colored backgrounds such as Dark, Neon, Gradient, or Bold.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the page, design your card, and export it. Everything happens in your browser, so your information and images stay on your device.
Can I add a QR code to the card?
There is no dedicated QR code field, but you can still add one: generate a QR code image elsewhere and upload it through the logo or watermark slot to place it on your card.
