Edit photos in your browser: crop, rotate, filters, light & color adjustments, AI background removal, eraser, clone stamp, censor, frames, text, stickers and drawing.

Online Photo Editor

This online photo editor is an all-in-one image editor that runs entirely in your web browser. Open a picture and you have everything in one place: crop and straighten, apply a filter, fine-tune light and color, remove the background with AI, erase or clone away objects, censor private details, then add text, stickers, shapes, a frame or freehand drawing on top.

It is built for everyday editing rather than for professionals. The thirteen tools sit along a single bar — Adjust, Filters, Crop, Rotate, Text, Stickers, Shapes, Draw, Erase, Clone, Censor, Frame and Cut BG — so you always know where to find what you need, on both desktop and mobile. There is no sign-up and nothing to install: open the page and start editing, then export to PNG, JPG or WebP at full resolution.

Private by design: your photo is processed entirely on your own device. Even the AI background remover runs locally in your browser, so nothing is uploaded to a server and there is no account or tracking.

How to Edit a Photo

1

Open a photo

Click the upload area, drag and drop an image onto it, or paste one straight from your clipboard. JPG, PNG and WebP files are supported, and very large images are scaled to a smooth working size automatically.

2

Pick a tool and edit

Switch between the thirteen tools to adjust light and color, apply a filter, crop, rotate, add text or stickers, draw, erase, clone, censor, frame or cut out the background. On mobile the controls tuck away the moment you touch the photo, so the picture stays large.

3

Zoom, compare and fine-tune

Zoom in with Ctrl + mouse wheel, the canvas buttons, a two-finger pinch or a double-tap, then pan for precise erasing and cloning. Hold the eye button (or the \ key) any time to flash back to the original.

4

Resize and download

Set exact pixel dimensions with the resize control, then choose PNG, JPG or WebP and press Download (or Ctrl+S). The gear opens export settings, where you can set JPG/WebP quality and see a live file-size estimate.

Features

Thirteen Live Adjustments

Tune the photo with sliders grouped into Light (brightness, exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows), Color (saturation, warmth, tint, hue) and Detail (sharpen, blur, grain, vignette).

Filter Presets

21 one-tap looks — Vivid, Warm, Cool, Mono, Noir, Vintage, Clarendon, Lomo, Nashville, Cyanotype, Negative and more — each previewed on your photo with an intensity slider.

AI Background Removal

One click cuts the subject from its background. The model runs entirely in your browser, downloading once on first use (about 40 MB) and caching afterwards.

Eraser Brush

Wipe any part of the photo to transparency with an adjustable size and edge softness. Text, stickers and shapes on top stay untouched.

Clone Stamp

Pick a clean source point, then paint over wires, photobombers or blemishes. An aligned mode and crosshair marker show exactly where the pixels come from.

Censor Private Info

Drag a box over a face, license plate or account number and choose Pixelate or Blur. The effect is baked into the full-resolution image so it cannot be undone by zooming in.

Crop, Rotate & Straighten

Crop freely, by a fixed ratio (1:1, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9, 2:3, 9:16) or as a circle. Rotate in 90-degree steps, flip horizontally or vertically, and level a tilted horizon.

Text With 40+ Fonts

Add text boxes with fonts grouped into Sans-serif, Serif, Display, Handwriting and Monospace, plus color, size, alignment, background, outline, shadow and opacity.

Stickers & Shapes

Drop in emoji or upload your own image stickers, and insert arrows, lines, star, heart, speech bubble and more — each with its own stroke, fill, thickness and opacity.

Drawing Brushes

Sketch on the photo with five brushes: a smooth pen, a marker, a wide highlighter, a glowing neon and a stroke eraser that removes drawn lines only.

Frames & Borders

Finish with a border in any color and width, and round the corners from a subtle card to a fully circular badge. Rounded corners stay transparent in PNG and WebP.

Zoom, Compare & Eyedropper

Zoom up to 8x and pan for pixel-precise edits, hold to compare with the original, and pick any color straight from the photo with the eyedropper.

Layout & History

Move, scale, rotate, duplicate, reorder or delete any element, resize the image to exact dimensions, and step backward and forward with undo and redo.

Flexible Export

Export to PNG, JPG or WebP at full resolution with a quality slider and a live file-size estimate. PNG and WebP keep transparency; JPG fills it with white.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I edit a photo online for free?

Open this page, add a photo, and start editing — there is no sign-up, no download and nothing to pay for. Use the tool bar to crop, adjust light and color, apply filters, remove the background, add text or stickers, then download the result.

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. The editor works entirely in your browser, so your image is opened, edited and exported on your own device. This includes the AI background remover, whose model also runs locally — your photo never leaves your device.

Do I need to sign up or download anything?

No. There is no account to create and nothing to install. The AI background model downloads once on first use and is cached afterwards, but the editor itself opens and runs straight in the browser.

Can I crop, resize and rotate an image here?

Yes. Crop freely, by a fixed ratio (1:1, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9, 2:3, 9:16) or as a circle. Rotate in 90-degree steps, flip horizontally or vertically, straighten a tilted horizon, and resize the whole image to exact pixel dimensions with an optional locked ratio.

How does the AI background removal work?

Open the Cut BG tool and press Remove background. The first time, the editor downloads the AI model (about 40 MB) and caches it; after that it starts much faster. The model keeps the subject and makes the background transparent. Export as PNG or WebP to keep the transparency.

How do I remove an unwanted object from a photo?

Use the Clone tool. Press Pick source point and tap a clean area near the object (similar texture and lighting work best), then paint over the object so pixels from the source are copied under your brush. Lower the opacity to build the patch up gradually, and zoom in for precision.

How do I blur a face or a license plate?

Open the Censor tool, drag the box over the area, choose Pixelate or Blur, set the strength and press Apply. The effect is baked into the image at full resolution, so it stays hidden no matter how much the result is enlarged.

Can I add text and stickers to my photo?

Yes. With the Text tool, click anywhere on the photo to drop a text box, then choose from more than forty fonts and set color, size, alignment, outline, shadow and opacity. The Stickers tool adds emoji or your own uploaded images, and the Shapes tool adds arrows, stars, speech bubbles and more.

Which file formats can I open and save?

You can open JPG, PNG and WebP images, and export to PNG, JPG or WebP. The gear next to Download sets the JPG/WebP quality and shows an estimated file size. PNG and WebP keep transparent areas; JPG fills transparency with white.

Can I undo a change?

Yes. Use the undo and redo buttons in the top bar, or press Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y. Every action — including censor, eraser strokes and AI background removal — is one history step, and Reset all edits returns to the original photo.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. On mobile the tools sit in a bar along the bottom and their controls appear in a panel that tucks itself away when you touch the photo, so the picture stays large. Pinch with two fingers or double-tap to zoom, then pan to fine-tune. The same features are available as on desktop.
