How to Create Your Email Signature
Choose a template
Click one of the 16 style buttons — Professional, Modern, Elegant, Bold, Compact, Minimal, Headline, Sidebar, Card, Banner, Stamp, Ink, Metro, Placard, Wave, or Columns — to match your personal or corporate look.
Fill in your information
Enter your Personal Info (name, job title, company, department), Contact (email, phone, website, address), Image (photo and logo URLs), and Social Links. Every field is optional — fill in only what you need.
Set your accent color
Use the color picker to choose an accent that matches your brand. It applies to your name, links, dividers, and social media icons across the whole signature.
Copy and paste
Click Copy Signature for ready-to-paste rich text, or Copy HTML for the raw source code. Then paste it into your email client's signature settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a professional email signature?
Pick one of the 16 templates, fill in your name, job title, company, and contact details, then choose an accent color. The live preview shows the finished signature, and a single click copies it ready to paste into your email client.
How do I add an HTML signature to Gmail?
Click Copy Signature, then open Gmail Settings → See all settings → General → scroll to Signature → click inside the signature editor and paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V). Save your changes at the bottom of the page.
How do I add a signature in Outlook?
In Outlook, go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature, then paste the copied signature into the editor and save. Apple Mail users can paste into Preferences → Signatures → Create new.
Can I add a logo and social icons?
Yes. Paste the public URL of your photo and company logo into the Image fields, and add your LinkedIn, X/Twitter, GitHub, Facebook, and Instagram links. The social icons are embedded as inline SVG, so they render without external image hosting. Logos and photos must be hosted online — files saved only on your computer will not display in emails.
What is the difference between Copy Signature and Copy HTML?
Copy Signature copies the formatted result as rich text — paste it directly into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail. Copy HTML copies the raw HTML source — use it when your email client has an option to insert HTML directly.
Will my signature look the same in every email client?
Signatures use table-based HTML with inline styles for the best cross-client compatibility across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and Thunderbird. Minor rendering differences can still appear between clients, so it is worth sending yourself a test email to check the result.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. Everything runs entirely in your browser. None of your information is sent to a server, saved in a database, or shared with third parties — the signature is generated locally on your device.
