Score Keeper for Any Game
Score Keeper is an online scoreboard that tracks points for every player across as many rounds as your game runs. Add players, tap the big plus and minus buttons, and let the tool replace the pen-and-paper tally for board games, card games, and casual sports.
Add up to 20 players, give each a color stripe for quick identification, advance rounds, and review every point change in the history panel. A built-in stopwatch and countdown timer round it out, so one screen handles scoring and timing together.
How to Keep Score
Add your players
Tap Add Player, type a name, and pick a color from the palette. Each player gets a card with a colored stripe so you can tell everyone apart at a glance. Add up to 20 players.
Score points
Tap the green + or red − button for one point, use the preset buttons (+1, +5, +10, +50) for bigger jumps, or tap the score number to type an exact value such as +5, -3, or 42.
Advance the round
Tap the Round badge to move to the next round. The round number updates and is recorded in the history, so you can review the game round by round.
Review and finish
Open History to see every change, Sort to rank players, or Undo a mistake. Your game auto-saves, so close the tab and pick up later, or Reset Scores to play again with the same players.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I keep score for a board or card game online?
Add a player for each person, then tap the plus and minus buttons or the preset values as points are scored. Tap the round badge to move between rounds, and open History to review the game. There is nothing to install or sign up for.
How many players can I track?
You can add up to 20 players. The cards lay out in a responsive grid that adapts to your screen, so they stay readable whether you have 2 players or a full table.
How do I enter a specific score instead of +1 or -1?
Tap directly on the score number on any player card and a text field appears. Type a value such as +5, -3, or an exact total like 42, then press Enter to confirm.
Will my game be saved if I close the browser?
Yes. Score Keeper saves the players, scores, round number, history, game title, and timer to your browser's local storage after every change. Reopen the page and the game is exactly where you left it.
What's the difference between Reset Scores and New Game?
Reset Scores sets every score back to zero and clears the history but keeps the same players and colors. New Game removes everything — players, scores, history, and title — for a completely fresh start.
Can I add rounds and use a timer?
Yes. Tap the round badge to advance rounds, recorded as dividers in the history. The built-in timer works independently of scoring: count up like a stopwatch, or switch to Countdown with a 1, 3, 5, or 10-minute preset or a custom time, with pause and resume.
Can I rename players and reset the scoreboard?
Yes. Tap the menu icon on any player card to edit the name and color, set an exact score, or remove that player. Use the reset button to either zero out the scores or start a brand-new game.
What games can I use it for?
Anything you keep score in: card games like rummy, bridge, and uno; board games like Scrabble, Catan, and Monopoly; dice, dominoes, and darts; and casual sports such as pickup basketball or volleyball. The random picker is also handy for trivia nights and party games.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Everything is stored only in your browser and is never sent to a server. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics tracking your game data.
