Fit keeps the original proportions and may leave empty space around the image. Stretch fills the available space and can distort the image. Crop fills the space while keeping proportions, trimming the parts that do not fit.
Can I keep a transparent background?
Yes. The transparent background option is on by default, so export as PNG or WebP to preserve transparency. JPG does not support transparency, so choosing JPG automatically turns the transparent option off.
