Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The simulator is fully touch-compatible. Tap to launch fireworks and hold your finger down for rapid-fire bursts. On mobile devices, the settings and finale buttons are always visible for easy access.
Why is there no sound when fireworks auto-launch?
Launch sound is turned off by default during auto-shoot mode to prevent repetitive noise. You can enable it in Settings under "Launch Sound". When you click or tap to manually launch, the launch sound always plays regardless of this setting.
How do I start the grand finale?
There are two ways to launch the grand finale:
- Click the play button next to the settings gear icon
- Open the settings panel and click the Finale Show button
The show lasts 30 seconds with increasing intensity. Click the button again to stop it early if needed.
Are my settings saved?
Yes. All your preferences are automatically saved in your browser and restored when you return:
- Burst type selection
- Color palette choice
- Background scene
- Particle count and gravity settings
- Sound toggles (launch and explosion)
- Auto-shoot preference
- Trail effect setting
The animation seems slow. What can I do?
If you experience performance issues, try these optimization steps:
- Reduce the Particles slider to a lower value
- Turn off Trail Effect to reduce rendering load
- Use the "None" background for minimal processing
- Disable auto-shoot mode for manual control
