Frequently Asked Questions
How many creatures can I add?
You can add up to 100 creatures at once. This includes fish, sea creatures, and decorations combined. The counter in the bottom-right shows the current count.
How do I remove a creature?
Double-click (or double-tap on mobile) on any creature or decoration to remove it from the tank. To remove everything at once, click the trash icon in the control bar.
- Desktop: Double-click on creature
- Mobile: Double-tap on creature
- Bulk removal: Use trash icon button
Can I move decorations around?
Yes. Click and hold (or long-press on mobile) any decoration item, then drag it to your desired position. Decorations stay within the tank boundaries.
Does the size slider affect existing creatures?
No. The size slider only applies to newly added creatures. Existing creatures in the tank keep their original size.
This allows you to create variety by adding the same species at different sizes.
Is my aquarium saved?
Yes. Your aquarium — including all creatures, their positions, decorations, and theme settings — is automatically saved to your browser's local storage. When you revisit the page, everything will be restored.

Does this work on mobile?
Yes. The simulator is fully responsive. Tap to interact, drag to move decor, and use the control bar buttons at the bottom. The creature panel takes full width on small screens for easy selection.
Is any data sent to a server?
No. Everything runs entirely in your browser. No data is uploaded, no tracking occurs, and your aquarium state is stored only on your device.
